Connections was founded more than 34 years ago by a group of rebellious religious leaders and a small army of community volunteers committed to supporting individuals and families who were homeless with dignity and compassion. This commitment continues on today. We serve people of all ages who are homeless and those who are on verge of losing their home. And, the program that launched our founding in 1984, Hilda’s Place, continues to provide shelter to the homeless 365 days a year.
