The Mendozas are filling their day in quarantine by working and learning remotely. Gabe and Linda spend nights watching movies and playing board games with Oliver and entertaining baby Benicio with toys and laughs. Recently, the family has begun to binge-watch the library of Marvel films on Disney+. Everyone dreams of a day when normalcy will return.
Gabe
I met Weekend Gabe through a friend. He was invited on to do a hip hop segment on Radio One Chicago, as we had a lack of coverage of the hip hop scene in Chicago. Shortly after his segment had ended, we invited him to be a full-time host on the show.
Gabe is kind, funny, charismatic and a great father figure. He does the best he can for his family. His family is wonderful and has always been so generously loving to me. I am thankful to be a friend of not only Gabe but his family.
